Welcome to Destination Unknown Beer Company! Opening in May of 2015, DUBCO began as a small 1 BBL Brewery on the border of Bay Shore and Islip. It has since grown from a 3bbl electric brewery producing a little over 24 bbls a month (740 gallons) to a 13 bbl brewery producing over 100 bbls per month . It features a 600 square foot tasting room with 10 rotating taps lines. Full pours and tasting flights and limited cans and Crowlers are available.

DUBCO chose the “Farm Brewery License” to help grow NY’s growing economy. More than 20% of their recipes are sourced in NY and that number is growing as they make more contacts.

Their small scale allows them to produce a wide variety of styles and flavors. This will keep an ever changing line up on tap in the tasting room. They hope to have seasonal favorites you can expect every year with a few other unknowns!
