Profile
The Sagaponack Farm Distillery’s tasting room, which was constructed in a nearly 100-year-old, abandoned dairy barn, is filled with local history. Ironically, the bar’s top is made up of unfinished pieces of a mammoth tree that was felled in 1984 and was noted for being a local farmer’s favorite place to hide and sober up. The historic Bridgehampton to Sag Harbor railroad served as the inspiration for the footrest of the bar.
